RESTRUCTURING VILLA CHIMINELLI-PRESOTTO IN THE HISTORICAL CENTRE OF TREVISO, Treviso - Lungosile
Villa Chiminelli-Presotto is a historic building in the historical centre of Treviso, with a park and a dock along Sile's river. The intervention of restoration provided for the maintenance of the perimetral facades, but a decrease to obtain a habitable basement and a side's extension towards the park. It has been realised an anti-seismic loom made of steel inserted in the perimetral masonry for 4 floors f.t. and also wall foundations made of reinforced concrete for the support and the decrease of the basement.
